IATP centers across Eurasia actively partnered and collaborated with local and internationally-recognized NGOs to provide support and training for various marginalized populations, including IDPs and refugees from the North Caucasus and Afganistan, victims of human trafficking, prospective work migrants, the unemployed, women victims of discrimination and parentless children. With free technology trainings, an online platform for International web forums and discussions and aggressive public awareness campaigns, IATP centers supported vulnerable citizens across the region and enhanced the capacity of local actors responding to the needs of the national marginalized groups that emerged after years of wars, civil conflicts and democratic transitions.

On March 10, four schoolgirls – participants in the Tech Age Girls project (TAG) - and their teacher visited Gnizdechko (Little Nest), a local orphanage, to deliver toys, books, colored pencils, and other presents gathered within the framework of their community project entitled, "Let Us Help Children Together!" To gather presents for children the TAG participants made presentations in three local schools. As a result of their two-week charity drive, they gathered so many gifts that they decided to donate some of them to the children’s department of the local mental hospital.

On March 14, the IATP Training Laboratory in Chisinau, Moldova, sponsored an online discussion entitled, "How to Become A Successful Woman" with famous Moldovan singers Aura and Anisoara Puica within the framework of the Tech Age Girls (TAG) project. In March, IATP sponsored a series of computer trainings for schoolgirls within the framework of the Tech Age Girls project (TAG) at the IATP Training Laboratory in Chisinau, at the Independent Internet Centers (IIC) in Causeni and Ungheni, the Regional Center for Women’s Support in Comrat, and the Dacia Regional Resource Center for Youth in Soroca, Moldova. As a result of the trainings, over 80 schoolgirls mastered computer and Internet skills and created an online blog for participants in the TAG project.

From February 12 to March 21, the IATP center in Lutsk, Ukraine, was the venue for a training on computer and Internet basics conducted by Oleksandr Melnyk, a visually impaired person, for five local people with visual impairments within the framework of the Sense Online project.
